1. Tell us how many children are
All you need to do is arrange for your classes to design the
artwork for their own cards using our supplied template. There
is no minimum number of participants required to run the scheme.
We only require an
initial order of at least 10 packs of cards across your entire
register and download an excel
spreadsheet from our website where you can enter the names of
all the children participating. When you have completed this
application we will issue you with a blank template for each
participant with some artwork guidelines in order for them to
begin designing their cards. You can download all the forms you

2. Create your cards and we will
We will collect the completed designs from you and supply a
personalised order form for each child that they can use to
encourage family and friends to buy their packs of cards.
3. Easy ordering
Hand out the order forms with the artwork samples supplied for
each participant and simply collect orders and payment from
parents (made out to your organisation). Each scheme participant
(school, nursery, playgroup) must place a minimum order of 10
packs. Each pack contains 12 cards and parents can order
multiple packs if they wish. Once you have collected all the
orders, simply post it to us or give us a call and your account
manager will come and collect your order. You do not need to
send us any money at this stage.
4. Distribute your cards
We will produce all your cards from your order forms and in the
case of Christmas cards, deliver them for distribution to your
pupils in good time for the Christmas post!
5. Collect your funds
After delivering your cards we will send you an invoice for the
total cards ordered less your commission (£1 per pack ordered).
You just send us a cheque for the
balance within 30 days of invoice.
