Creating Your Artwork

To make it easy to run and ensure all children’s artwork will fit, we have produced a bespoke A5 template for you.

We will send enough templates for each child, plus some spares just in case. If you need more, give us a call on 01323 514427 and we will send you an additional supply.

When it comes to designing the cards here are some handy hints to ensure every card looks just fantastic!

• Use felt tips, pencil, crayons, chalk or paint

• If using coloured pencils make sure the children press down hard

• Do try and fill as much of the template as possible

• DO NOT stick anything on the template e.g. glitter

• DO NOT go outside the marked area, anything outside the lines will not be printed

• Each template must be completed by the group leader or teacher

Please note: For production reasons we are unable to accept any artwork not supplied on our templates.
All cards contain the child’s name on the reverse.

Your school or group name
Year

These details are entered on the spreadsheet supplied.
